Requirements to make the change:

• Present Order # or Purchase Invoice.
• The product must be in perfect condition, unused , and with its tags intact . If the product being exchanged is no longer on sale, the customer will have to pay the difference.
• In case of exchange due to quality reasons, the item must have a manufacturing defect and be completely new .
