How to buy

This is how you buy “Colombian gifts with lots of flavor” at SoyRustiko

1. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
2. Click the “Add to Cart” button. This will add the product to your cart and take you to the checkout.
3. You can continue adding other products to the cart or click on “Start Purchase”.
4. Fill in your contact details and click “Continue”.
5. Enter the address where you want to receive the product. Please make sure that it is written correctly and with complete information such as the street, apartment number and all the information you think is necessary to find your address. Then click "Continue."
6. The store will inform you that your shipment will be made and will redirect you to the most secure payment platform on the continent, “PayU”, where you can make the payment with cards or cash.
7. Choose the payment method .
   • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Codensa.
   • Debit Card (PSE).
   • Cash Payment. You can choose one of these branches to make the payment: Efecty, Baloto, PagaTodo, Apuestas Cúcuta, Gana, Gana Gana, Su Chance, Acertemos, La Perla, Apuestas Unidas or Jer de Colombia.
   1. Click the Generate Payment Number button to obtain the code that the cashier will ask you for when making the cash payment.
   2. Once you make the cash payment at the branch you chose, payU will inform the merchant's store that your payment has been received and will proceed with the shipment.
   • Cash Payment at Banks: Bancolombia, Banco de Bogotá and Davivienda.
   1. Click on the Generate Payment Number button and print the receipt that you will present at any Bancolombia, Banco de Bogotá or Davivienda branch in the country.
   2. Once you make the payment in cash at the branch you chose, payU will inform the merchant's store that your payment has been received and will proceed with the shipment.
8. Finally, on the Purchase Confirmation page you can review all the purchase information. Then click on “Continue”.
9. You will be redirected to another screen where you can fill in the details of the chosen payment method. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an email from us, which will not be a proof of payment.
10. Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship your package.

Receive your order, open it, enjoy it and return to step number 1, as many times as you want.
