- The exchange or return does not apply if you used the products.
- Exchanges via the web store can only be made through this means. Rustiko physical stores have exchange conditions that are different from those of our web store.
- Clothes must have labels and tags attached.
- You have 30 calendar days from when the products arrive to make the exchange
- Face masks cannot be exchanged, but they are guaranteed
- Changes made to the website cannot be modified once the request has been made.
How to make a change?
1. Once you contact us, we reserve the products you want.
2. We will schedule the collection of your clothes at the address you give us (Also applies to SALE clothes)
3. When the clothes arrive, we will check that everything is okay and send you the new item.
4. If you have to pay any surplus or have any balance in your favor, we will send you all the information via WhatsApp
5. If the products you sent us do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right not to make the change.
Important : If the carriers we have an agreement with are not collecting packages in your area, you can give us an alternate address or send us the products by your own means. Rustiko does not cover the shipping costs.
Guarantees

Important: Our warranty is 60 days after purchase. The lifespan of clothing depends on its care and conditions of use, so the warranty does not apply to products damaged by use, normal wear and tear or modifications to the garment.

Returns

2. You have 5 days to request a return once you receive your products.
3. You must assume the shipping costs, Rustiko will not be responsible for paying freight.
4. Refunds may take up to 30 calendar days.
5. If we do not receive your products within 20 days of your request, we will assume that you have retracted the return and we will complete the process.
6. The refund will be made to a debit account (refunds are not made through Efecty or Baloto).
