Transactions made through the site www.SoyRustiko.com (the “Site”) are subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions described below is a requirement for purchasing on the site. Any person who makes a transaction on the Site declares that he or she is aware of and accepts these Terms and Conditions. Likewise, any user who visits the Site is understood to be aware of and accepts each and every one of the conditions of these Terms and Conditions. In these Terms and Conditions, visitors to the Site, potential buyers and purchasers will be referred to jointly as “Customers.” Customer Registration Rustiko. (“SoyRustiko”) operates the Site, through which Customers may purchase products, including but not limited to products for personal use and Colombian gifts and clothing. Customer registration on this Site is an essential condition for purchasing products through it. To do so, the Customer must register his or her basic data on the registration page, including personal information such as ID number, address and telephone numbers. By entering their data, the Client declares under oath that the information is true and current. Registration and purchases by Clients on the Site must be made exclusively by adults.
The Customers' registration information will be collected, stored and used by Rustiko, maintaining sufficient security standards to prevent any tampering, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent consultation, use or access, and guaranteeing the rights of the data holders. The information requested in the registration is intended for the Customer's registration to access the Site and eventually purchase the items mentioned on the Site.
The information will be used for statistical and promotional purposes. Once registered, if the Customer decides to purchase any of the products mentioned on the Site, depending on the payment method selected, it will be necessary for the Customer to provide his/her financial information, including specific information on his/her credit card, address where he/she receives invoices, telephone number and address where Rustiko wants to send its products. Promotional or Advertising Communications Customers expressly authorize Rustiko to send them promotions to the email registered on the Site according to the characteristics of each Customer based on the purchases and links visited. The administration of this secret key is the sole responsibility of the customer. Its delivery to third parties or its use by said third parties will not imply any liability for Rustiko. The Customer will have the possibility of changing the access key, for which he/she must adhere to the procedure established on the Site. Procedure for using this Site Through this Site, the Customer is informed in an unequivocal and easily accessible manner of the steps to be followed to purchase products through the Site. The Site indicates the postal or electronic mail address of Rustiko and the technical means available to the Customer to identify, update and correct errors in the shipment or in his/her data. All persons registered on the Site may request proof of authorization for the processing of their data, request information from Rustiko regarding the use that is being given to them, revoke the authorization or request the deletion of the data whenever the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce establishes by administrative act that Rustiko has breached the current legislation on the protection of personal data. The payment methods reported on the Site may be used. In the event that the bank cards accepted on this Site are used, they are subject to the existing contract between the client and the issuing Bank, without Rustiko having any liability in relation to the aspects indicated in said contracts. Formation of Purchase Consent The consumer's consent is expressed in the purchase steps of the Site by accepting each one of them and is perfected with the final purchase statement after having reviewed the order summary. Before the final purchase confirmation, the Client may cancel the purchase at any time. Rustiko will issue an acknowledgement of receipt to the email address registered by the Customer upon registration, with information on the delivery time, exact price, including taxes, shipping costs and the method of payment.
Prices crossed out
When a crossed-out price is displayed on the Site and the sale price is indicated instead, said crossed-out price corresponds to a decrease in the initial sale price of the products due to the company's sheer generosity; this price will always be lower than that initially offered by Rustiko Colombia. Inadmissibility of the Right of Withdrawal Rustiko sells goods for personal use and therefore, in accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under any circumstances. The Client declares that he/she is aware of and accepts these terms and conditions. The foregoing is without prejudice to the possibility of changes and returns that Rustiko voluntarily grants to its Clients.
Return and exchange policies:
Changes
– To make a change you can write to us at 305 712 4701 Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sundays and holidays from 9am to 4pm (only available via WhatsApp).
– The exchange or return does not apply if you used the products.
– Exchanges via the web store can only be made through this means. Rustiko physical stores have exchange conditions that are different from those of our web store.
– Clothes must have labels and tags attached.
– You have 30 calendar days from the time you receive the products to make the exchange.
– Face masks cannot be exchanged, but they can be guaranteed
– Changes made to the website cannot be modified once the request has been made.
How to make a change?

2. We will schedule the collection of your clothes at the address you give us (Also applies to SALE clothes)
3. When the clothes arrive, we will check that everything is okay and send you the new item.
4. If you have to pay any surplus or have any balance in your favor, we will send you all the information via WhatsApp
5. If the products you sent us do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right not to make the change.
Important : If the carriers we have an agreement with are not collecting packages in your area, you can give us an alternate address or send us the products by your own means. Rustiko does not cover the shipping costs.
Guarantees

– Once the warranty is approved, we will exchange it for another product.
– If you have to pay any surplus or you have any balance in your favor, we will send you all the information via WhatsApp
– If the products you sent us do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right not to provide the guarantee.
Important: Our warranty is 60 days after purchase. The lifespan of clothing depends on its care and conditions of use, so the warranty does not apply to products damaged by use, normal wear and tear or modifications to the garment.

Use of Personal Data Registered on the Site The mere registration of the Client on the Site will be the express, informed and prior acceptance for access, archiving, and use of the Client's information provided through the Site, including but not limited to his/her personal information and sensitive data, by Rustiko and the third parties authorized in these Terms and Conditions. This right may be exercised, among others, against partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fractional data, data that lead to error, or data whose processing is expressly prohibited or has not been authorized. (ii) Request proof of the authorization granted to the controller or the processor, except when the law expressly exempts it as a requirement for processing. (iii) Be informed by the controller or the processor, upon request, regarding the use that has been given to personal data. (iv) File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the personal data protection regime. (v) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of personal data when the processing does not respect the constitutional and legal principles, rights and guarantees. Revocation and/or deletion will only proceed when the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce has determined that the controller or processor has engaged in conduct contrary to the law and the Constitution in the processing. (vi) Access free of charge to their personal data that has been processed. Likewise, the Client declares that it will be their right to provide the Company with information on sensitive data and that it is at their complete discretion to provide any sensitive or non-sensitive personal data that is required by Rustiko.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, failure to provide the personal data required by this Site may prevent its operation and your access to the information, functionalities or services contained therein.
